Čedok’s revenues increased by 400 million
Prague (February 11, 2009) - Today Čedok released its preliminary 2008 financial
results. The company’s revenues from sales of services exceeded CZK 3.5 billion
in 2008. The expected profit before taxes exceeds CZK 50 million. Compared to 2007,
Čedok has increased its revenues by CZK 400 million. The travel agency has made
a profit for nine successive years.
In 2008, Čedok invested in company development from its own resources. Čedok’s own
network of branches, which comprises 48 units, was further expanded and reconstructed.
In the last six months of last year, another branch was founded in Turkey - Istanbul,
with 100% ownership interest by Čedok – under the name Ahoy Turizm.
