Job Description: Avia, a.s., a company active in property investment and development, administration and maintenance, real estate, trade and energy distribution, is looking for a suitable candidate for the position of In-House Lawyer.

Responsibilities:

• Legal representation in administrative and court litigations.
• Contracts drafting & review.
• Legal advisory and consultancy; especially related real estate development, leasing, selling and energy distribution related issues.
• Organization of General meetings.

We require: 

• University Degree in Law.
• Professional experience of minimum 2 years (in-house lawyer or advocacy).
• Fluency in English (spoken & written).
• Organized, team-oriented and strong communication and presentation skills.
