Job Description:
  • personal assistant to CEO
  • co-ordinate CEO’s schedule, appointments, reservations, travel arrangements and expenses
  • organization of routine issues in the office
  • organization of company meetings/ company events
  • negotiations with partners/suppliers
  • maintance of a confidential filing system
  • representation of the company
Requirements:
  • excellent knowledge of the English language
  • 3+ years experience supporting at the executive level
  • strong PC skills i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point and MS Outlook
  • exceptional communication and organisational skills
  • reliable and responsible approach
  • highly organized and detailed oriented
  • high standard of ethics and confidentiality to handle sensitive information
