Job Description:
- personal assistant to CEO
- co-ordinate CEO’s schedule, appointments, reservations, travel arrangements and expenses
- organization of routine issues in the office
- organization of company meetings/ company events
- negotiations with partners/suppliers
- maintance of a confidential filing system
- representation of the company
Requirements:
- excellent knowledge of the English language
- 3+ years experience supporting at the executive level
- strong PC skills i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point and MS Outlook
- exceptional communication and organisational skills
- reliable and responsible approach
- highly organized and detailed oriented
- high standard of ethics and confidentiality to handle sensitive information
